With a passion for turning big ideas into results that show real impact, Sarina holds the strategy and the detail at the same time — mapping the big picture without losing sight of what happens next. An experienced facilitator, she guides her clients from a whiteboard session through to a real project, then builds the capability in their team to carry it forward.

Sarina brings the best part of two decades' experience in growth strategy, partnerships, creative marketing, major events, digital strategy and customer experience. Today, she's Head of Growth & Partnerships at ALLKND, having previously held Commercial Partnership Manager roles at both Carlton and Essendon Football Clubs, and RMIT University.

When she's not building growth strategies, Sarina enjoys spending time with her son Augie — often from Melbourne, sometimes from India or Northern NSW. And most weeks, you'll find her talking business strategy with a friend over coffee.
